Nice hotel with nice pool and very grand looking entrance. Comfy sunbeds and fantastic breakfasts. Lacking some basics such as milk for you tea or coffee in your room so if you fancy a cuppa you have to go up to the bar to ask for milk. Teas and coffee not replaced daily in the room and some days we had no water left in our room. Frequently had to ask for toilet rolls as they don’t leave any spare in the room. The beach for families is a shared beach not private. Very little to do at the hotel entertainment wise. Quite isolated position and taxi to nearest town is a short journey but very expensive. This did not feel like a five star experience but staff are helpful. Key didn’t work for our room despite paying extra to have a late check out on the last day which meant a trip to reception. The large striped sunloungers have a metal rod in the back of them which in the wind blew up and hit me and a young child round the back of the head in the time we were there. I would suggest Velcro or something would be safer option for the sun shades on these beds.

Esperienza molto positiva, camere pulite, wi-fi eccellente e buffet molto soddisfacente per tutti gusti, personale sorridente ed educato. E' stata una vacanza molto rilassante, con mia sorella, il percorso SPA ma soprattutto il massaggio total body è stato spettacolare. Le serate rilassanti con musica tranquilla. Ci tornerò volentieri

Ho avuto il piacere di essere invitata in questo bellissimo posto dove con una prenotazione in Day Use abbiamo avuto accesso a tutto il fantastico resort. iniziamo con le mie amiche la giornata in piscina dove vi è sia l’esterna sia quella interna. lì giace un bellissimo bar dove è possibile anche pranzare. il personale è molto accogliente abbiamo anche visitato la spiaggia privata per soli adulti “calm beach” dove abbiamo visto in tardo pomeriggio il bellissimo mare. abbiamo avuto contatto con il bravissimo bagnino alessandro che ci ha fatto visitare il luogo e successivamente abbiamo fatto un ottimo aperitivo con tagliere di frutta fresca creato dal barman Luca. ritorneremo sicuramente !!

Siamo rimaste estasiate dal panorama mozzafiato, dagli arredamenti, dalla pulizia eccellente delle camere e di tutto il resto del resort. Il personale attento e gentile. Un grazie speciale alle animatrici del mini club:Bea, Kin e Alina che hanno reso indimenticabile il soggiorno a mia figlia Lucia di 12 anni. Consiglio di trascorrere del tempo nella meravigliosa "Calm beach" dove il contatto tra l'uomo e la natura è un tutt'uno. Lì conoscerete Roberta dai meravigliosi ricciolo d'oro e occhi color mare che vi accoglierà con tanta gentilezza. Sicuramente ripeteremo la meravigliosa vacanza in totale relax.

Esperienza magnifica di 3 giorni in questo posto incantevole. Relax la parola chiave, ottimo cibo e un panorama mozzafiato. Consiglio di andare al Kaigan, ottimo sushi accompagnato da una splendida atmosfera! Calm beach, la spiaggia privata, è stata incantevole, immersi tra verde e mare, ottimi anche i drink e il servizio. La nuova piscina merita davvero tanto. Ritorneremo presto!
